Please note that orders cannot be cancelled once they have been placed. All orders are processed automatically and enter packaging or production immediately after confirmation.

Returns
We do not accept returns for reasons such as change of mind or incorrect orders.

However, if your item arrives damaged or defective, you are entitled to either:
– a full refund, or
– a free replacement.

To request this, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide clear photographic evidence of the issue. We will review your request and respond promptly.
